HOW DOES IT WORK?
After scanning your ticket at the festival,
all customers will receive a Cashless wristband.
If you have purchased a cashless voucher, you will need to present
and scan an additional QR code. By purchasing the cashless voucher, you are entitled to receive 10% free credit.
Please note that the sale of cashless vouchers will end at 13:00 on Monday, the 3rd of July. Even after the cashless vouchers are no longer available, you can still top up your ticket online. However,
please be aware that
this method does not qualify you for the 10% free credit. On-site, there will be top-up stations located at the
Wristband Exchange and at the Venue.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Free credits are only available on advance top-ups of at least €150. Paid credits must be used before free credits are activated.
- Free credits are non-refundable, can only be spent on bar purchases, and can not be combined with other currencies for a purchase. Credits are non-transferable.
- All wristbands used will incur an activation fee of €2.50.
- Keep your wristband, including the chip, to get a refund for any unused credits.
- All customers have the right to a refund for any unused credits after the event, upon request. Please note that the refund requests will be available from this page on the cashouts section between 16:00 on the 12th of July and 23:59 on the 16th of July.
- Customers can not process their refunds After this date, you will no longer be able to request a refund for any remaining funds on your wristband.
- A bank processing fee of €1.50 will be charged for each refund processed, and this will be deducted from the remaining credit on the wristband.
- Please note that if you purchase online credits but do not attend the event, an activation fee and refund fee will still apply in case of a refund request.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and reflect on your account, depending on your place of residence and type of bank account.
- Please note that Howler's Auto-Cashout feature is not available at this event, only requested refunds will be processed.
